Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices and charges as listed on the site are displayed and charged in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) for domestic customers and American Dollars (USD) for International customers
All international shiping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay such local duties/taxes accordingly

Cancellation / Refund Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel even if approved. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing and information or misprint. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case we are not able to process your order within 30 working days we will initiate a refund. In case we receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been proccessed and shipped out.
There will be no refund or return accepted for orders placed during SALE.

Though enormous efforts are made and precautions taken to render the products absolutely safe for human use, it is possible that certain ingredients may cause allergic reactions to certain individuals or adversely affect individuals with pre-existing medical conditions. Please make yourself aware of the ingredients and usage ingredients and usage instructions accompanying each of our products to make sure that they are safe for you to use. It will be your sole responsibility to take proper precacution/professional medical/dermatological advice before using any of our personal care products that you may be allergic to. You agree that Jade Luxury Handmade Bath and Body will not be responsible or liable for any product related issues including without limitation to any allergic reactions to you on account of usage of our products.
You agree to do a patch test in case of uncertainty. When adding new products to your skincare routine, we always recommend patch testing. Apply a small amount of the product on dry cleansed skin behind the ear or on your inner arm. Wait at least 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you notice any irritation such as redness, itchiness or burning, rinse off and discontinue use. Please note, it can take up to 72 hours for a reaction to present itself. Introduce new products slowly, and one at a time, so that you can easily identify any sources of irritation.

In case jadebathandbody.com is found liable for any damage or by appropriate court of law, it is only liable to either replace a product/s sold through this website or pay an equivalent amount as per then prevailing market price of the product.
