Shipping & Returns Policy
All our skincare products are lovingly handmade to order in micro batches for maximum freshness and efficacy. Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order
◾For Orders within Sri Lanka – Packages typically ship from our warehouse within 1-2 days of us receiving your order. Please allow another 3-5 business days to your destination. Once the packages are out of our hand we have no control over the speed at which they are delivered
◾For International Orders – We offer worldwide shipping which means you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you. We offer express delivery through FedEx. All international orders are processed within 3 business days and delivery from Colombo may take an additional 8-10 working days. Any additional custom delays are unfortunately out of our control.
WARNING: The client cannot choose a specific delivery time, because deliveries are conditioned by the routes defined by the transport service on the respective delivery date.

◾ Jade™ is not responsible for any damages after delivery
◾ For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution
◾ Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PROVIDE THE WRONG/INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF PACKAGES ARE RETURNED TO US, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES. IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST DUE TO YOU PROVIDING THE WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CAN NOT OFFER A REFUND
Shipping Charges
◾For orders within Sri Lanka – A flat Shipping rate of Rs 495 islandwide. We offer free shipping within Sri Lanka on orders over LKR 20,000.
◾For Internataional Orders – We ship internationally across all countries. As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the price of delivery is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible. Please note that, if you will want to edit your order or add more products to it (possible only if your order was not dispatched yet) – the delivery price might change
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information as customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these charges and that is why we cannot advise on their exact amount. You will be responsible for payment of additional fees, as the price you pay to Care to Beauty will exclude all relevant import duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay them directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We fulfill orders from our clients, believing that, at the moment of purchase, they have all the necessary information regarding the import taxation and regulations of their country
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. If you did not receive an e-mail with tracking information please remember to check your SPAM folder, as your mail server might forward it there.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive another email containing shipping details like tracking number, expected delivery date, link for tracking website and any other additional information.
In case of choosing Express Shipping through FedEx (courier), you can track your order:
by copying the tracking number and pasting it on tracking website or just by clicking the link we provide in shipping confirmation e-mail.
Returns & Refunds Policy
◾At Jade™, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered
◾Inventory information is generally availabe on the site for ocal and international merchandise. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as ‘in stock’ will actually ship right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be ins tock when you place the order but sold out by the time your order is processed. In that case we will notify you by e-mail or telephone that your order will not be filled and your credit card will be refunded.
◾Jade™ is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
◾In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery.
◾Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
◾A refund can be obtained if the order is cancelled by you either before the order ships or within 12 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier. If accepted, it will be processed within 7 days. No refund shall be made after the order is shipped
◾No Refund shall be made once goods are sold
